If there is an issue with your product, please send a complaint via email to us. You must submit your request within 15 days from the delivery date.
You need to send an email including the “order number” and “email address used to place the order“. Additionally, you must attach images/videos of the defective product, poor print quality, or products significantly different from those advertised on the website.
After review, we will immediately replace the product according to your request or refund you without requiring you to return the defective product to us.
A. If you prefer a refund
Please note that when you choose the option of a refund or replacing a new product identical to the one purchased on the website, you do not need to return the item to us.
As our products are custom-printed and unique, they will only be eligible for a refund if the product itself is defective, if the print quality is poor, or if the product significantly differs from the one advertised on the website. Additionally, customers need to carefully check our size chart before placing an order, as we will not be responsible for incorrect size selections made by customers.
The refund amount only includes the price of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs.
Example:
– If you buy a shirt from our store for $23 and the shipping fee is $3, the refund will not include the shipping fee, and you will receive a refund of $23.
– If you purchase a shirt from our store for $23 and receive free shipping, the refund amount will be $23.
Your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds:
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

B. If you prefer to replace with a new product identical to the one purchased on the website
