To help us review your case faster, please include clear photos or videos showing the defect, printing issues, or items that differ significantly from the product description. Once verified, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as requested, without requiring the defective item to be returned.

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the refunded amount will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

Please note that refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible due to order processing and fulfillment procedures. Orders will continue to be prepared and shipped once this window has passed.

Orders that have already been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Once shipped, refunds will not be issued. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

After review, we will immediately replace the product according to your request or refund you without requiring you to return the defective product to us.

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement product as per your request, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

The refund amount will not include shipping fees, tax, only the price of the product, please take note of this.
